About Katie and Karen

Corporate experience backed by an Ivy League education, strong ethics, and a warm personality, has resulted in Katie’s solid performance as measured by both sales volume and customer satisfaction. Katie brings over fifteen years of professional experience in hospitality and relocation to her role as a real estate broker and has an exceptional record of recognition and promotion. Global travel as an industry partner with a major international cruise line prepared her to serve as Vice President of Operations for a renowned corporate hospitality firm, where she managed programs and accounts throughout the U.S. as well as in London and Paris. As a testament to her reputation, Katie was selected as a premier hospitality consultant for the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA).

 

Katie is well-known amongst her peers to be readily adept at staying current with market conditions and statistics in the various communities throughout Sonoma County. Her clients appreciate her seamless ability to understand their preferences and guide them towards exploring suitable areas or neighborhoods they may have overlooked. Katie’s commitment to achieving her clients’ real estate goals is unsurpassed by her discerning ability, solution orientation, and genuine sincerity.  She is on the Compass leadership team as an Associate Manager for the Wine Country region.  

 

Originally from Cooperstown, NY, Katie has been living in the San Francisco bay area for almost 25 years.  She balances her life with hiking, yoga, and the escapades of her two teenage sons.
